Why Executive Talent
There are numerous recruitment businesses available to choose from in the market these days, and it is very difficult to separate them. If you are a Hiring Manager or Recruitment Manager thinking of using the services of a recruitment business for the first time, it must be difficult to decide who to use. Feedback from clients and candidates is normally very hit and miss – sometimes fantastic, sometimes good, and sometimes dreadful.
At Executive Talent, our philosophy is based on getting it right first time. We have a passion for recruiting properly, and doing things the right way. We only work on a volume of vacancies we can comfortably handle (usually no more than 5 per consultant at any one time), and we are very selective as to which candidates we have on our books.
