Refer a Friend

At Executive Talent we always value the help and assistance that you can give us. As a business we place a significant emphasis on our reputation and our ability to gain referrals through operating in a courteous and professional fashion when dealing with our candidates. Without access to high calibre candidates our business would not survive, and on a daily basis we are working hard to ensure that we do not let our candidates down. We believe that the consistent flow of candidates that reach out to us as a result of a recommendation is a genuine reflection of the experience candidates have of working with us.

As a token of our appreciation, we offer candidates a £250 referral fee paid in retail vouchers if they refer us to a candidate that we were not previously aware of that we subsequently place into a permanent or temporary contract. Terms and conditions do apply – for permanent candidates, they must be placed into a job role for 6 months before we will pay, and for temporary candidates they must complete 12 weeks consecutive service.

If you would like to refer someone to us, please email info@executivetalentuk.com with the name, job title, location and contact details of the person you would like to recommend. Please note we only accept referrals submitted via this site from candidates who are fully registered with our organisation.
