TERMS & FEE STRUCTURE

We try not to over complicate things, so you'll not find any hidden charges or sliding scales in our fee structure. We believe a completely upfront and transparent approach to our fees ultimately benefits everyone involved. The terms and conditions will therefore be discussed with you in detail and agreed at job registration stage. Permanent Terms of Business

Our fee is 20% of the candidate's annual salary. The invoice is raised on the candidates start date and is payable within 30 days.

As a direct results of the methods we adopt, very few of our placements result in an early resignation, or a client's decision to terminate employment, so we're willing to offer you a full 100% rebate of our fee for the first 13 weeks of a new appointment (T&C's Apply). If we've got it wrong, we'll give you the money back, and offer our full support in finding a replacement candidate.
